Once again, after the rampage is through
you ask me to stay
in the chaos of regret that ensues
you swear that you'll change,
and this willing fool readily falls to pieces
all my defenses crumble and collect at your feet
as I lose sight of the things that i want
to the blinding need
and guilty desires
laid bare in your eyes.
